Professional Equality Index 2025: iDAKTO scores 88/100

Professional equality is a concrete commitment; one we measure, question, and continuously work to improve. This index is a reflection of that.

How is this index calculated?

The score is calculated out of 100 points, based on 5 indicators:

  • Pay gaps for equivalent roles;
  • Gaps in individual pay raises;
  • Gaps in promotions;
  • Percentage of employees given a raise upon return from maternity leave;
  • Gender parity among the top 10 highest earners.

A score below 75 requires the company to implement corrective measures.

This year, iDAKTO scores 88/100. A result we’re proud of; one that reflects the day-to-day efforts we make to ensure every employee has the same conditions for compensation, growth, and recognition.
