iDAKTO responds to the call for contributions launched by the CNIL on AI

27 September 2023

iDAKTO has responded to the call for contributions launched by the CNIL over the summer on the subject of setting up AI databases.

This response allows us to provide our expert opinion to the CNIL on the learning, training and use of AI to implement the digital identity of each individual.

While proposing best practices to ensure a balance between the rights and interests at stake when using artificial intelligence, it is essential for iDAKTO that each AI database is developed in compliance with GDPR obligations, such as privacy by design and privacy by default.

Through this response, we hope that the CNIL will have the opportunity to consider the complexity, for the digital identity sector, of creating and re-using databases that are relevant and appropriate to each use case, as unbiased as possible and respectful of privacy and the personal data concerned.
