With 20 years of experience in the cyber security area, Marc Loutrel has managed teams of high-skill cyber security consultants, especially in the field of Identity & Access Management, delivering top-valuable projects in terms of digital transformation, and this in different sectors (finance, postal services, defense and governmental), in France and Internationally. He then joined the French Ministry of Interior, where he held several management positions and was also the technical project director of the French Digital Identity program. More recently, he joined the French Digital Health Agency as head of the expertise, innovation and international department.
He graduated from the University of Technology of Troyes and received a PhD in Computer Science from the University Pierre & Marie Curie (Paris, France).
